#LX20220625-66 THIS IS MY ORDER NUMBER. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I GAVE THEM A MATH ASSIGNMENT AND WAS VERY CLEAR THAT I NEEDED AN MATH GEEK PROFICENT IN CALCULUS. THEY SCORED AN 18% AND NOW I WILL FAIL THE CLASS. I AM BEYOND UPSET AND FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUED TO LIE AND SAY THAT SOMEONE MUST HAVE STARTED OR TOOK THE TEST SO THEY WOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEST GRADE. THE IS NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR. THEY LIED TO ME AND CONTINUED TO SHIFT BLAME FOR THE POOR RESULTS. NOW I WILL HAVE TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY AS THEY HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD. DONT TAKE THAT RISK WITH FAILING YOUR CLASS LIKE I DID.

If i could give ZERO stars I would! I submitted an assignment, and just needed the excel portion, that did not come. I was given the report written at a child's broken english level and when I asked for a revision and told them ONLY do the excel they gave me another word document. When I tried to contact help I was told I needed to give them the professors grade which what grade? I do not have the assignment to submit... so $175 out the door and no recourse and no phone number, literally they said they only do chat. DO NOT USE!!!!

Honestly upset! I am super busy and can't keep up with class right now - I came here and loaded 2 classes as I'm in process of a move and opening a business. They claim number one is they keep up with due dates.. the don't I have mentioned to them for the last 3 days assignments are due in a couple days they stated no worries geek knows... however the geek didn't- the geek was going off of the dates the assistant put which was March 8th... my assignments are due weekly.. I then tell them today 6 assignments are due - the geek stated he didn't know that talk to management - I message them they stated okay I'll tell the geek - they tell the geek he gets on does 3 assignments and leaves 3.. I then tell management there's 3 left and it's a hour before there due - now they stated I didn't pay for them (mind you I've stated 100 times with them I'm paying for FULL COURSE) I paid asked okay NOW (ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE PAID FOR RIGHT) they day yes... however the guy says umm. They we're not paid for so now I'm mad and it seems as a scam but then tells me I don't think we can do them - it'll take the geek 3 hours so ull have to pay for 3 hours but we won't be able to turn them in on time.... so now I'm mad I logon to my class and see the last 3 assignments are just quizzes one is 2 questions other is 4 questions and the other is 5 questions... so your telling me the geek needs 3 hours for 11 QUESTIONS!?!? I think not. I'm livid however all the reassuring they do no worries - the geek is aware - yes your paid in full... I'm now wrapped up with scamers.... cool - I'm livid ... no help at all! I've tried using GeeklyHub a total of five times within the past two years and each time has been awful. The customer service has always been stellar but the geeks and account managers are horrid. The geeks can never follow through 100% with an assignment and the account managers don't ever seem to process nor understand what it is you ask of them. The assignments I've attempted to get done through GeeklyHub range from a basic essay to statistical analysis and the geeks can't do any of it properly.

#LX20211016-980 My order number! I am currently waiting on a refund because many issues occurred. Firstly, I had a 4 pm deadline and they ask to extend it. I made it clear that my project was due midnight and if it’s late it was 50% off and (it was worth 33.3% of my grade), after I received something at 4, I was extremely disappointed, my files were not being updated by the task manager and I cancelled my task and asked for a refund by 8. They said they would process a refund to my card. Then however they said they were revising. I told them no I was already working on it myself and didn’t want their help. I just wanted the refund. I asked for a refund to my card several times. Then they still sent me stuff at 12:32 am way past the actual due date. I didn’t use anything they provided, obviously and did it myself. Learned a valuable lesson to do the work myself, because that’s what I ended up doing anyways. Now I am out 200$ and they double charged (minus the deposit) me so really more like 300$ and won’t be able to spend any more Bc I don’t have any until this is fixed and refunded. Worst experience. Like a nightmare 😭 I’ll update you if they actually refund me. I called to dispute the charge on my card, but can’t for 30 days.

Request was for a five page power point with 300 words of speaker notes and a few brief bullet points. The speaker notes and bullet points were the exact same paragraphs which was 80% copied from uncredible Google articles with many grammatical errors. The paper was delivered to me three hours late and the cost was outrageous over 300 for a rush job. I am very dissatisfied and will not be using them again for a last minute final assignment. I had to spend money and time for this. Also after downloading the PowerPoint my computer kept freezing and I had to factory reset it. For the price I expected to get a top notch product but it looked like the work of a seventh grader.

Geekly hub did not help me on anything, they basically screw my last chance to get a good grade. Okay I requested this yesterday at 9 am the full amount for the assignment was 145.30$ which I paid fully, the requested assignments were almost half through worked by me, the geek that worked on this her name is Kate K. Did not complete most of them, got me a failed grade in 2 of them and failed to deliver on time. First strong point I hired this service to complete my assignments as perfect as they could be and their employee did not even care to finish most of them that were already more of halfway worked through, secondly I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE TO GET THE WORK DONE AT 5 PM! And IT WAS NOT DONE UNTIL 9 PM wish these BAD Grades, by me trusting This EMPLOYEE I DID NOT SEARCH FOR ANY OTHER METHOD TO GET THIS DONE PROPERLY BYMYSELF which left me at 9 pm with no other possible solution. i requested a full refund they still charged me more than half of what I paid for an incompetetent service that left me with no other option. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.
