Horrible and extremely irresponsible school. I would strongly advise parents to stay away from GeekEdu. They charged us in advance, yet classes were repeatedly missed or not delivered as scheduled. Their phone number is not even in service, and they consistently ignore messages and emails. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for lessons in advance and then be unable to reach anyone when there is a problem. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and basic customer service. Do not waste your money or your time with this school.

It's a fake company. After I registered for an online summer camp, my card was charged, and then... Nuthin'. Nobody reached out, nothing was scheduled, I did not receive an email confirmation. I emailed them several times with no response. When I called their number, the number was "no longer in service". I had to call my credit card company to report fraud and get a refund.

Fraud! They keep overcharging me for missed classes. I have now cancelled the service and they keep charging me. This is the 3rd time I am requesting my credit card for a refund.

After I stopped attending the school, my phone and my dads phone numbers were blocked and money was still being charged, This School is a scam

This is coding class online so suck.they taken money on time,but when my son had a class online with instructor they never on time.they not give us call or Email when instructors not show up.we try call them and Email them but we don’t have any respond from them in 2 weeks.so bad

I would like to express my frustration with the recent experiences with Geekedu. Unfortunately, there have been no lessons for three consecutive weeks due to instructor no-shows. Despite being informed each time that a new instructor has been found, the same issue persists. We understand the challenges of finding a replacement on weekends, and we have been accommodating by allowing three chances. But at this point, we are done. Please refund and cancel the service.
