WOW, I’m totally impressed with the Gearvet Company. I bought my dad a Navy shirt (beautiful designed) for my dads 80th birthday. The size I ordered was to big. I notified Gearvet about the sizing, they responded immediately to my concern. The Gearvet company was so kind to replace my order with the correct size at know additional cost. They said i didn’t need to return the first shirt(I will donate the shirt to a Veteran). Kudos to Gearvet!

I placed an order for the Navy veteran bed set and forgot to check the Queen size. Upon contacting the company in less than 24 hrs they responded and resolved my mistake! Today it is unheard of to receive a reply and remedy to the mistake that I had made so quickly! This company's customer service is A1 as far as I'm concerned. I will be placing more orders and letting all my fellow veterans to check their merchandise! Thank you, Tom.

I only wish that I were articulate enough to express accurately what I experienced with your Company. I will simply say that from the very beginning (i.e. my original order) I have received only professional, courteous and swift replies and action from your staff! I had originally erred on the order, I ordered my friend's {red} hat correctly; but somehow managed to order a completely different (color) hat for myself? I wanted both hats to be identical other than the "personal information" for the embroidering. I.e. Same hat type/model with different "Names, Ranks and Service Years". Your represenatives at the "help line" were more than professional and courtious, as thay went way beyond normal assistance by so many other "online business's! By the time all the "help emails" had seen sent and replied to; it was simply too late to correct "MY FLUB"! I am taken aback that you (Gearvet-Outboxer) would offer me this "GIFT" considering the fact that I caused the mess! I had ordered a phone case and I actually ordered for the wrong phone. I was disappointed, to say the least, when I received it. A quick email to gearvet and they were more than willing to help me get it right. Their customer service is outstanding and very helpful especially with something that wasn't their fault.
