I ordered my veteran father a specific hoodie from Gearvet because he saw it and wanted it so badly for his birthday. He was SO excited when it arrived, he called me telling me he loved it however he needs to go a size up. He said he gives Gearvet 5 stars in every category. 5 stars for making such a cool hoodie, for having wonderful customer service (which is HUGE these days) and for supporting veterans with this apparel. I had no problems with customer service after reaching out about an exchange, they were very helpful and I am grateful. Thank you Gearvet for putting a smile on my dads face and making his birthday special!

I made a mistake on my original order - I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours. They would fix my error and send me what I was supposed to order. However, there was a mix-up in what was sent. No worries though - they are correcting and sending me the correct item. These are Christmas presents, so time is not an issue. Great company! Thank you for responding in a timely manner and correcting my error. Great quality, professional, great all around. Thank you!

Have to tell everyone that ever skips over this Veteran's sight should NOT!! This company is one of the greatest companies I have ever dealt with. Excellent. I had a small shipping problem, however, they stepped up to the plate and resolved my issue better than expected.

I ordered four custom shirts and the did a phenomenal job on them. One was smaller than expected so I contacted them and they made it right by sending another one. Gearvet Veteran Apparel I love the quality of the design and graphics and am excited to wear it out in public! One suggestion that I would make is that the size seemed to run small, maybe consider going up one.
