I ordered a Army jacket for my Husband on November 25th haven't received the jacket as of yet would like to know what is going on

The company is a great company their product is amazing their customer service is terrific they will help you with all your needs and we plan on ordering more the product is amazing my boyfriend loves his new bomber jacket

I ordered a US Air Force Bomber Jacket and I ordered the XXL size , which was a little to large for me when I received the Jacket and did try it on. So I contacted Proud365 customer support and they were very understanding about my problem and offered a solution to my problem. They graciously said they would send me another jacket of the same type I ordered before and the correct size XL which was a very nice surprise to me . The customer service was quick to response to my problem and they went of there way to please me and to make sure I was happy with the out come. Thank you Proud365 customer support and I really like doing business with this company. Thank you again...

I ordered the Vietnam Veteran version of the jecket. The original shipment was mis=delivered. After a couple days, the jacket was still missing. I contacted Proudvet 365. and advised them of the missing shipment. I received a prompt reponse from Jane concerning the issue. They immediately issued a replacement jacket which i received within about 15 days. The jacket is very good quality and exceeded my expectations. I have been very impressed with the customer service that Jane provided me with. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend Proudvet 365 and would certainly purchase from them again. I also hope that the mis-delivered jacket somehow ended up in the hands of someone that needed it and will appreciate it.

Mansfield Holiday Parades of Louisiana held our FIRST Veteran's Day Parade and Banquet this month and chose the veterans jackets for our five Parade Grand Marshals. We were not disappointed. Got my product 1 day before. I needed it. For my son's birthday, 60th birthday. We're both in the Army. I was in Berlin, Germany when the wall went up. My son was there when It came down. 20. Some years differences.

Have had no bad issues. Jane is very knowledgeable and has always answered my questions in a good 👍 and fast time.
