I ordered the Hooded Leather Jacket. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the material and the personal support with ProudVet365 Customer Service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and with the rapid response from their Customer Service, the situation was resolved. I will proudly wear this jacket and let other veterans where I got it.

I ordered a medium hoodie for my son for Christmas. It was unfortunately too small. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me a larger hoodie. As my son and I are veterans we will be sure to order more merchandise as I received such good service!

I purchased a bomber jacket and Hoodie. Extremely satisfied. Great quality and detail. Contacted customer service for an exchange. I ordered XL. Didn't realize they run larger. Requested a size large. Got an immediate reply and they resolved my issue. Would not hesitate to order items in the future

One there response and understanding. There willingness to go the extra mile . The quality of the product and the understanding of what the product means to the service men who proudly wear it. For the Vietnam Vets, I was not one as I serve elsewhere, when they came back there was no welcome except maybe family. They were looked down on but they where there service proudly with the help of products like this
