I AM WARNING ALL UNITED STATES MILITARY VETERANS, RETIREES AND ACTIVE DUTY AND THEIR FAMILIES YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WHO RUNS MULTIPLE OTHER CRIMINAL SITES TO STEAL FROM THE ONES WHO HAVE SWORN TO GIVE THEIR LIVES TO PROTECT THE CRIMINAL BUSINESS THIS COMPANY CONDUCTS! I ordered three items from them totaling almost $150 dollars and they mislead me for weeks and weeks which will be years eventually! I first noticed that the original order supposedly came from Grapevine Texas about four hours away from where I live, but then it started bouncing around in and out of US Customs but as a detective friend of mine at the FBI cyber crime division explained to me and so did USAA, well packages originating in Texas would never under any circumstances have to go through any kind of import or export service cause domestic shipping does not require it. On the days when I reached out to the company via text cause they don’t have a direct phone number and they don’t answer emails it was weird cause it would all the sudden move on a step in shipping. My packages and mail go to my local UPS Store to my Personal Mail Box and therefore I wasn’t the only one who was watching for anything addressed to me by GearVet or its parent company as I was not once given a actual valid tracking number that links to any United States shipping company ie..,, FedEx, UPS, Ontrac or the United States Postal Service. I was given a tracking number who in reality is my “order” number and in no way is there any way of actually tracking your package delivery with any legitimate company. I AM PLEADING WITH YOU ALL KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE GO ELSEWHERE

This company has responded and addressed all my concerns. They are an excellent company to do business with. I fully stand behind them. It is rare in today's world to find an honest company to do business with, but thankfully, this company is one of these.

Bought a US Amy hat it looks good on the photo. But like another post from a military veteran it’s a very cheap made hat with some kind of polyester looking material. They told me the hat came from either the US or the UK. But on the shipping info it came from China. Then on the plastic bag it had someplace in California. Well I want to know your military ID number. I think this whole company is a scam.

I recently bought a “Premium US Air Force Metal Sign” from gearvet.com. The “premium” should be in double large quotation marks, because there is absolutely nothing premium about it. I’m hoping that somehow I was scammed with a spoof site, because I was incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase when it finally arrived today. It’s advertised to be ok for use inside and outside. However, the metal is so thin that it arrived very bent. I equate the thickness to 2 pieces of poster board put together. The steel must not be very good quality, because it bends incredibly easily. Additionally, if I did put the sign outside, it would rust in a heartbeat. The front side has a slight coating of some kind on it, but the back is completely bare metal. I assumed that a company named Gearvet that sells US military related items is an American company that creates American products. I noticed that when the item shipped, it had an odd shipping tracking number. After looking into the tracking number, I found that the item shipped from China. I inquired about this via the email address provided on the company’s website. The response was that the company is based in the UK, and the products are made to order from China. As a retired military member, I was quite angry at this, as it provides a completely false narrative to the consumer. I bought a cheap metal piece of junk that is meant to honor my branch of service that I love from an overseas company that outsources their products from China. I wish that I could upload pics of the purchase to accompany this review. I am incredibly disappointed and disgruntled with this purchase. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company, if you’re looking for a quality product to honor the US military.

I was trying to purchase one hat from this company and they duplicated the order and ordered two more I've contacted them without speaking to a real person just getting email and I cannot get anybody to speak to me and they've charged me $58 for two more hats that I did not want and I keep speaking with somebody named Jack and Cindy they keep saying the tickets made I've sent my phone number and nobody will get back to me I've notified my bank I have to send all of the emails to my bank to see what I can do about getting my $58.98 back I don't think this company is doing a real good job for a first time customer i also would like you to know that i'am a VETERAN.

They are not transparent about their shipping policy. Everything comes in from overseas, although they advertise a Delaware address. They tell you x- amount in stock, but they don't tell you upfront it can take 40 days. They also send a standard email when you try to contact them. Company may have nice merchandise, but they are terrible business people.

GOT SHEETS INSTEAD OF SWEATSHIRT

One November 30, 2024 we purchased an item to be sent to a friend in Florida. Here we are 11 days before Christmas and it still hasn't been sent. Clearly distressed by this we purchased another item from another company that does the same as this company does, in fact he doesn't even have a warehouse as advertised on gearvet's website, however this other provider did have a legitimate phone number we could contact in the event we wanted to cancel our order ( and no we could cancel anytime and get our money back we weren't locked in 6 hours after purchase. And it was a legit number not an application number or SMS like on gearvet). We had purchased this item through gearvet and they say the are jumping on your order, but the only thing they jumped on was taking the money from Discover Card, and we get to pay for an item no one has received yet. We also never got a tracking number and we waited the whole 7 days anticipating we would get, but none was ever sent. This place is a joke!!!! If I wanted disappointed like this I would get back with an ex. This is absurd.
