Customer Service for Gearvet is great! I needed to exchange the sweatshirt I ordered for a larger size and they responded to my request immediately and offered a very acceptable solution to the issue. I am very pleased and will definitely consider ordering from them again.

I was really impressed with how big the selection was. I ordered a polo shirt, hat and hoodie and had the hat and hoodie personalized. I am extremely happy with everything I ordered and will order again. I had a question on washing/drying the hoodie and they responded in less than 12 hours on a Sunday. To my own mistake I ordered a zipped hoodie in the wrong size. I contacted the company and got a response from one of the companies customer service advisors named Lisa. Taking my situation and responding with we will send the right size as soon as we get some information from you. No hesitation in sending me a new hoodie for just the shipping and I didn't have to send the wrong sized one back. That to me is the sign of a great company and deserves my respect as one. Every veteran and active duty person should chewck out this company and all that they have to offer each one of us. Five stars to the company and to Lisa for a great job.

I ordered an item from GEARVET. When I received the item I discovered it was too small and not the item I wanted. I immediately contacted customer support. I received a response the very next day. After further research it was discovered that I had ordered the wrong item. GEARVET helped me resolve the issue. I highly commend their customer service for their quick response .
