Good customer service
I received the queen size comforter set. It was too small for the bed. However, I contacted Gearvet and they are replacing the set at no charge. Good customer service.

I received my veteran case for my iPhone 16 Pro. It is absolutely amazing. The display of my Marine Corps info makes me proud to carry it. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because nowhere could I find where it was made. I decided it was probably a US company. However, after multiple e-mails with the company because it was taking so long, they informed me they were an overseas company. The end product is great but they should inform buyers upfront that it will take longer to get the product and where they are located.

UPDATE: Company apologized for inconvenience and agreed to ship replacement for jacket which showed as delivered but I never received. I received package today. My husband is very happy with the jacket. He said it is very warm and the sleeves are nice and long - many times jacket sleeves just don't seem to be quite long enough. There is an inside pocket which is very convenient. We are satisfied with the quality of the jacket and, despite the initial response from the vendor when we hadn't received our order, would consider purchasing from this company again. Follow up to prior review: After review & claim filed with PayPal, seller said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would replace the jacket which I never received. I am currently waiting to receive notification that they have shipped. Hopefully it will be delivered to correct address this time. I will update review once I receive merchandise and will add a few more stars to review. Trusting that seller will actually do as promised.

Customer service has been very helpful and understanding with me. I ordered the wrong size inadvertently and they graciously agreed to send me the right size for a reasonable fee. Had problems getting on PayPal but ultimately got fee sent. I'm currently waiting to receive the replacement item.

We ordered an Army jacket for my brother in law 75th birthday coming up in December. There was a mix up in the color but was corrected and all it well. Thank you

I am updating my review. I recently purchased a hoodie and a bomber jacket. They are both made of quality materials. After further research, I have discovered that the majority of their products are made in the United States, but have to rely on some parts from China. I will continue to purchase from them. The day that they're completely made in America is when I'll update my review from a 4 to 5 star. Their customer service was great. Sincerely, Kenneth

My husband loved everything from them. Quality and shipping on time was good. Customer Service was always prompt in answering.

I purchased two Premium Hawaiian US Veteran shirts. The designs are beautiful and very colorful, but the shirt material leaves a lot to be desired and that is probably why the care instructions are so restrictive; Do Not Tumble Dry, Max Iron Temperature 110 degrees, Do Not Iron Print or Decorations, steam iron may cause unrecoverable damage and Do not Dry Clean. I would gladly pay the price of most Hawaiian shirts, $60 and up for a premium material.
