I ordered a shirt for my husband and it arrived before Father's day as promised. it is a great quality shirt, however the shirt was too big. It is hard to know when you order online if the items are true to size. Well, with Gearvet, they are true to size. I sent an email asking how to do an exchange, and I received a reply back the same day! Amanda replied and I was able to receive a smaller shirt without any hassle. Top notch company! Gearvet has the best customer service ever.

I am a first-time customer with Gearvet and, honestly, placed my order with some uneasiness because of bad experience with companies I had not used before. I ordered a 250 American Flag and it arrived when expected and - It is beautiful! Great quality and I am proudly flying it on my home! I also ordered a 250 t-shirt that was, through no fault of Gearvet, not going to work for me. Their customer service was prompt and gracious and took care of the problem very satisfactorily.
