This is the WORST company I have ever ordered from!! Facebook needs to remove their ad. I too wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from them. I have sent 5 messages in regards to my order which I placed on Dec. 8, 2021 and still have not received it!!

Awful! Awful! Awful! Do not buy anything from them. Bad businesses practices. Did not receive what I ordered and items sent were items I could purchase at the dollar store. To make matters worse they do not want to refund me my money. Do not do business with this company! You'll regret it.

I was on Facebook and saw an add for personalized volleyball and basketballs saying "no matter where in life you go, dad will always be there." I bought a volleyball and a basketball for my son who was a player in high school for both sports and leaving for basic training for the US Army. I also got a volleyball for my daughter who is leaving for college soon. I ordered them mid December and to this day, nothing. I emailed them and they replied that they were just shipped. That was a month ago. I tried to go on their website, it says shop closed. So, they literally just stole my money.

I ordered 3 large outdoor Christmas ornaments. It took over a month to receive the order. I was supposed to receive 3 different large, light up, outdoor ornaments but instead I received 3 of the same indoor small ornaments. One of them was even damaged. They were highly different from what was advertised!! When I contacted the company they offered me a partial refund and every time I refused the offer they increased it slightly. The only way they would give me a full refund is if I would pay to ship them back to China. I refused and disputed the charge with AMEX. I would select 0 stars if I could.
