I recently posted about their terrible service department. Well, I want to change my review. GearBunch came thru with the return and subsequent new items. I have been buying their leggings and tops for years. I have over thirty different sets of leggings and tops. I love how they are squat proof, see thru proof, and certainly are the talk of the gym. I wish they did not send out emails almost every day. One a week or every two weeks would be sufficient. But their designs are unique.

LOVE these leggings!! Got the mandala size medium (normally size 8-10). Not see thru and extremely comfortable to practice in! Worth the wait!

I love the tie dye with gathered butt. I now have bought 3 in different colorways. I own about 60 yoga pants and these are my favorites. Make me feel thinner but never feels too tight like a girdle. Everyone at my yoga studio asks where I got the and they are still on sale! Great service and great yoga pants. Comfy enough to wear on long plane trips.

The whole experience was easy and convenient and I love the selection of leggings! Even though they are made to order, I received my leggings less than two weeks after I ordered them, just in time for Boom festival. Very satisfied and will order from GearBunch again in the future

Poor customer service
I bought two pair of solid color leggings, they arrived with stitching that came out after one wearing and one pair had the label printed on the outside of the waistband rather than inside. I contacted customer service multiple times to ask if I could get replacements. I was asked to send photos each time which I did, then the reps wouldn’t respond. Weeks would go by and no one would get back to me. So I contacted customer service again. A different rep would respond and ask me to submit pictures again. I did and got no respond. I believe I did this process with 3 or 4 different reps over a period of one month before a rep (Dan) actually resolved the problem. He was helpful but I won’t buy from GearBunch again after this experience.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of clear, timely communication from our team during your support journey. Having to resubmit photos multiple times and follow up with different representatives over weeks is unacceptable, and we’re actively working to improve our systems to prevent this from happening again.
