Beware of this seller
Beware of this seller! Liar!! I did not received three pairs of leggings that I have purchased from them since April 2020. I emailed to the customer service and provide with the tracking number LY008509987LV but they just don’t bother and no reply at all!! Cheating company!

Hi Janice, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your order was heavily delayed due to the restrictions with international deliveries during the height of the COVID pandemic. A full refund was provided, as it was thought the shipment was lost in transit, but we are pleased that your order was delivered on the 7th August

Gear Bunch order has still not arrived after almost two months
I am another unhappy customer waiting for an order from May 20th (it is now July 14th) with no information but the original confirmation of my order. I have emailed several times and get the standard response as other buyers. They write I should check with my local post office over the delays. I don't think so as all orders I have placed even to the US from Canada have come in less than two weeks. Barbara

Nice Product, but delays in items
I wish I had read the reviews of GearBunch before I purchased, but in the end I am happy I did order the product and it worked out well. On June 5th I thought I was getting their advertised buy 2 get 1 free offer. Well the 2 items I purchased came, but no free pair of leggings as their advertisement promised. Order #81552 the packing slip had the question "... only seeing part of your order? No worries, this is because sometimes we ship things separately due to packaging constraints, This shipment includes 2 out of 3 items in your order." 2 weeks and still no 3rd item received. The 2 pairs I did purchase are really nice and I am happy with them and their fit. I only wish they would have sent all 3 pairs. I did send them an email about this and they said the delay was due to the COVID-19 and the pants were in production. Today I received the 3rd pair. I am giving them 4 stars because the product is really nice. I find it odd that the free pair I ordered was the one that was delayed. Maybe it is a coincidence. I also find it odd that after I did complain I got the pair in a week. I am happy they responded so quickly, but wonder what would have been the case had I not first given the 2 stars review which I am now editing and had I not complained. The product is beautiful and fits so all is well.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars
I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Products never shipped. I would say poor customer service if i could. But NO customer service is more like it. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Neither of these orders are mine. Proving further your inadequate customer service capability. I need help with order 81027 Yes customer support did reply with an unsatisfactory response. Which was we can't tell you anything about your order other than we'll let you know when it ships. And that is the question: When is it going to ship? You have had my money way too long without me having the product I paid for.

Hi Jerry, there have been two orders placed with Gearbunch under the name Jerry Jones, Order 50691 placed on the 10th July 2018, which was delivered on the 17th July 2018 and Order 54652 placed on the 17th September 2018, which was delivered on the 25th September 2018. There has not been any contact with our support team to advise you did not receive your orders back in 2018. If you have recently placed an order under a different name, could you please contact our support team, [email protected] so that they can assist you with the status of your order. Amazing
The shipping time was awful and made me suspicious that this company was fraudulent. I’m glad I was wrong. I finally received my order and my leggings are amazing. Worth the wait.

Great product
Great product, shame about the customer service. It has been a month since I placed an order and want to talk to someone but your'e only option is to get an email within 24 hours. This is poor service, makes me reluctant to ever order again and still wondering where my order of 4 pairs of leggings is.

Hi Cara, there are no order in our system with the first or last name "Cara" since 31st December 2019. There also has not been anyone contact our support team with the name Cara. If you could contact our support team [email protected] they will be able to assist you.

Ordered May 17...No products yet and no response to emails
I ordered on May 17, 2020 and have yet to receive my order. I have sent them several emails requesting a status update but no one has responded. I am disappointed. The leggings appear to be very nice. Instead, I am going to have to request my credit card company refund my money. EJM

Hi Elizabeth, All Gearbunch products are printed, cut and sewn on demand, and due to the COVID19 workplace safety restrictions, there have been delays with the usual production times. Email updates have been sent to customers, and our customer support team has been responding to the emails regarding your order 81057. You have not advised in either of your emails sent to [email protected] that you would like your order cancelled and refunded.

I ordered over $300 worth of Gearbunch…
I ordered over $300 worth of Gearbunch Capris and it took approximately (8) weeks to receive and then when I did receive them, there was (1) item that had, what they referred to by a "fault in the seam" and they sent me an email below on May 2nd, 2020 : Hi Barbara, thank you for the photos. We are sorry there has been a "fault in the seam" of your Capris A replacement pair will go into production soon and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. There have been some delays with production due to the COVID19 workplace restrictions, so it may be a couple of weeks before you receive the new pair. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. There is no need to return the damaged pair to us. STILL WAITING and it is now June 4th packing-slip_31705574-11860649.pdf

Hi Barbara, our support team has been in contact with you regarding this matter. The Capris you sent photos of were delivered to you on the 11th January 2019. They were not part of the order you placed on the 11th April and received on the 30th April 2020. You contacted Gearbunchfor the first time on 3rd May 2020, almost 16 months after receiving the Black and White Honeycomb Carbon Capris, to advise there was a small hole in the seam. If you had recently received an item with a faulty seam, Gearbunch will gladly replacement the item. but the product you are referring to and sent photos of, you have owned and worn for more than a year.
