I ordered and received a mummy theme…
I ordered and received a mummy theme pair of leggings size xl. They were to large. I just wanted a refund not an exchange. First I realized they never answer the phone.When I tried to return, there is ONE option exchange. I don’t want to exchange, I do not like the feel of the material.After several attempts to reach by phone and numerous emails to customer service with no reply, this is a one way street.Another catch, returns must be within the first 7 days. That is extremely hard d when you get no response. I definitely would not recommend this company. Gina Claypool

Please go to the returns page on our website to lodge your returns request, using your order number and email address to log in: https://gearbunch.myreturnscenter.com/ Please write the size you are exchanging for in the notes section of the return form. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email advising how to return your leggings. If you have received damaged or faulty leggings or you have received the wrong item, could you please provide us with some photos of the product. As all our products are printed, cut and sewn to order, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange of design.
