Easy to use. Been buying and storing for many years here.

Minor storage funding irregularly.
Navigating the site is easy. Idid have a problem in that I had funds available that were not used to pay my storage fees. I was informed my fees were unpaid so I quickly had funds transferred to my account' That's when I realized I had funds in my account before I did the transfer.

very pleased
I am very pleased with all aspects of HAA. I would suggest only minor changes to the statements: adding in costs basis and value increase or decrease.

Excellent way to invest in precious…
Excellent way to invest in precious metals. Metalstream makes it so easy. Need to shorten time ACH deposits take to post to account for purchases and deposits.

Redemption practices
Your customer support folks are really good. They respond fast and are quite knowledgeable. Your clients need to know the procedures and rules for selling assets AND the rules for transferring resources in and out of your custody. I’ve been a client for years yet I didn’t know you can only send assets back to the exact same account as the initial funding. Recommend you send a simple and concise redemption procedure.

Kelly was fantastic helping me work through and keeping me updated on the issue. The only regrettable bit of the transaction, was I do not understand why the HAA process to mail a check consumes as much time as it does.
