A review of my latest days actions with HAA
In the week of April 25th to the 30th I requested that HAA conduct several actions for me. 1. That they sell some gold and silver coins for m. That they withdraw several thousand dollars from my account held in cash; and send all the proceeds to my home address. Unfortunately I had not informed HAA that I had moved to California in the last year. consequently HAA could not send me the money without the new address officially registered with them . That now has been accomplished. And the money should be on its' way to me. During all of these procedures HAA was patient and a very good guide. My sincere Thankyou. George Hess

Customer Service is AMAZING!!
Customer Service is AMAZING!! I had to call customer service many times to resolve an issue and they ALL were so pleasant....I almost wish I had another issue to deal with (I DONT!! but you know what I mean!! Its a pleasure, with all the nastiness out there, to deal with amazing people who truly care about the customer.
