difficulty ordering
Website kept changing color of thread to cream even tho I selected yellow. Took multiple tries before it kept the color as yellow.

I disliked not being able to see the…
I disliked not being able to see the back of the hat I bought. I understand it's adjustable, but IDK if it's the pop through circles, or an adjustable band. I'm also thinking it will end up being a birthday gift since it hasn't left Texas yet, and USPS is the carrier.

Regarding the back of the hat, we do have clear images displayed on our website showing the adjustable closure. It’s possible those images may have been missed when browsing.
