They sent me a hat with a logo that was too big and wouldnt replace it

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The embroidery size was shown with specific measurements in the proof we sent before production, and we proceeded based on the proof that was approved. We did not receive a request to make the logo smaller before the order was completed. Because the item was made according to the approved proof, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a free replacement for the logo size. We’re sorry the final size wasn’t what you expected, and we appreciate your understanding.

Great Customer Service
Love my hat! Really Good Quality, Fast service. I had a issue with my package not being delivered to my house. I emailed gatorhats about it & sent in camera footage. They sent me another one through UPS and i had no issues receiving it. Great Customer Service

If I could leave a negative star…
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Shitty ass material, the color variation on the screen is off, and they do not offer returns or refunds. Another deceptive company fooling consumers with high end marketing. Try making a better hat

Perfection 10/10
They made the Hats exactly how I wanted. They made them so fast and rushed them to me. All adjustments I wanted to have made they did very fast. They came out perfect. They text you with proofs and pictures of the hat. I am very pleased 10 out of 10 would recommend. And the quality is great too.
