Did a great job selling my car, at a good price. It took 6 months, so you have to be patient. Will be using them in the future.

Staff slways ftiendly. Facility very nice. Sold car in a timely manner. Getting paid takes some time when twice i had to provide documents that should have been requested the week after I consigned car

The sales group were excellent. However the only problem I had was a lack of security.

They got the job done. Car was sold. Less of a sale price than hoped for, but sometimes reality is what it is. They did get a phone number wrong and took two tries to get it corrected, so attention to detail came up a bit short. Otherwise the system worked.

They did a good job. Worked with me to get a deal done that was a little outside the box and they have a nice showroom. I expected the people there to know more about cars than they appeared to know. I would consider using them again.

Gateway was easy to deal with and responsive. They allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by my own consultant which was essential to making a purchase but would have been more productive if provided a lift for inspection. Additionally I had no access to the owner to get any additional history of the vehicle not provided to Gateway.
