After losing over $5,000 trading FX…
After losing over $5,000 trading FX through the firm, I started to seriously question the trading conditions and overall transparency of the platform. I constantly experienced what felt like front-running on my trades — price would hit my exact stop loss by a few pips and immediately reverse in the direction I originally anticipated. It became a repeated pattern that made trading feel unfair and manipulated. At first, I blamed my strategy, but over time I noticed how often spreads widened during key sessions and how frequently liquidity sweeps targeted obvious levels before the real move happened. It created the feeling that traders were being set up to fail, especially when using tighter stops or trading volatile pairs like XAUUSD. The experience was frustrating both financially and mentally. While I recognize that risk management and execution play a role in trading performance, I also felt the firm’s environment contributed heavily to unnecessary losses and distrust. Instead of feeling supported as a trader, I often felt like I was trading against conditions designed to work against retail participants. Overall, the experience left me disappointed and skeptical. I learned valuable lessons about patience, confirmation, and liquidity-based trading, but I also walked away feeling that the firm did not provide the level of fairness or transparency I expected.
