It’s a scam do not waist your time

1-Star Review – Unresolved $250 Deposit and Lack of Transparency I sent $250 in cryptocurrency through the Base network to an Ethereum address provided by GatesFX. I understand that Base was listed as an unsupported network, but my concern is how the company handled my request for assistance afterward. I have contacted customer support multiple times and repeatedly asked for the identity of their third-party payment service provider (PSP), transaction-specific documentation, and a way to pursue recovery of my funds. Instead of directly answering these questions, I received repeated explanations about the unsupported network policy. GatesFX later stated that its PSP had investigated the transaction and confirmed that recovery was impossible, but no transaction-specific documentation was provided to support that conclusion. I have also experienced a previous conversation being closed, followed by another conversation in which I had to repeat the same questions. Although support eventually stated that my case would be escalated to the relevant team, I remain concerned about whether my questions will receive a substantive response. I am not claiming that GatesFX intentionally withheld my money. My concern is that I have not received the transparency and documentation I requested regarding the payment-processing arrangements and investigation of my transaction. I have used brokers before where wrong-network or wrong-token deposits were addressed through customer support, so this experience has been particularly frustrating. Potential customers should carefully review deposit network requirements and understand the risks before transferring funds. I hope GatesFX will provide a clear explanation and meaningful assistance rather than simply closing the matter. I am still seeking answers and a fair opportunity to pursue recovery of my $250.

They are using AI to manipulate prices and they price gouge. Watch when you are about to break even ...Price will play around and then if u r unfortunate that price doesn't go your way...Then they messed up your trade but if trade goes your way luck you... I will be reporting this shady business as the owners have been identified and reside in the U.S. After careful months of investigations and recording trades and testing it with AI....I can say gates fx works against you making profit, holding profit, and even breaking even due to their AI shifting prices and gouging it depending on account size.

This is the worst broker i ever expeirence in my life as a trader.Their spread and commissions are worst and they allow you to make deposit using your card but withdraw is in crypto bullshit.

This broker have 500 leverage only and they stops my withdrawal on a news trading and remove my all Winning profits and left the initial only this broker have 3% fee on every withdrawal suck broker.

My cousin who lives with me has an account with this broker, and I have been trying to build this account and for some reason this broker is a dealing desk broker so I’ve done research on this broker and I do see that gates FX pays influencers and giving them different type of Account. The fact of gatesfx will try to deny this claim just to protect their shady business, I have been treating for nine years and I have multiple accounts using the same strategy and for some reason this broker is by far the worst broker I have used if you think I’m lying to you put $100 down and see for yourself every single clients here will be a B book so you will have a hard time profiting because your trade will go directly to your broker, not the institution so yes, there are some chart manipulation. Also, if you don’t believe me, I have been paid by other brokers to lie about their shaded business, so don’t fool me on this one. I’m done working with Shady business but in the meanwhile, I will try my best to shut this business down if they don’t fix this, but I’m gonna keep trying to see and trading screenshot everything and recording everything so I could post it online

Don't waste your Money Just a bunch of thieves. you have trades on breakeven but when sl hits, you lose money. And they autoclose your positions. Should have trusted the reviews before giving these scammers my money. If you tryna lose money, Use these thieves and tradelocker.
