GatesFx LTD.Reviews of gatesfx.com

This is a damn good broker! I made an error with my transfer and they helped me find it and fix it. 100% recommend these guys!!!!

No one can say anything bad about this broker!!! Tradelocker had a glitch tonight on August 7, 2026, I was locked in a trade when Tradelocker crashed and it almost blew my account because the SL and TP weren't even set by time the app went down. I reach out to GatesFx and within 30 minutes tops I had been refunded without all the hassle. Ive been with many brokers and had to wait days for responses. Everytime I've contacted them with any issues the responses has almost been instantly, so even though you contact then through the live help on their website they are EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Take my advice and don't let ANYONE down talk GatesFx they have by far, the best customer service ever when it comes to brokers in my opinion.

They are using AI to manipulate prices and they price gouge. Watch when you are about to break even ...Price will play around and then if u r unfortunate that price doesn't go your way...Then they messed up your trade but if trade goes your way luck you... I will be reporting this shady business as the owners have been identified and reside in the U.S. After careful months of investigations and recording trades and testing it with AI....I can say gates fx works against you making profit, holding profit, and even breaking even due to their AI shifting prices and gouging it depending on account size.

This broker make my trade up level I swear everything is smooth and originally I advise to people try this gatesfx to make your trade up level and make profits with confidence thanks gatesfx for that 💯✒️

Been with gates for over a year now. Their customer service is impeccable. They are always fast to communicate. I’m grateful for that :) they also fix any situation within like 2 hours max. Also I usually recieve withdrawals within 4 hours max but usually within the hour. Super good broker. Trusted.

Gatesfx is. great platform. Bsest customer service I’ve had to date. Very personable and reasonable. There was a malfunction with my trafing playform which affected my ability to manage my trade and the resolution we came to was very fair and very appreciated. Great team of customer support agents.

Great Broker especially for small/first time traders. Support is there for any issue you face and there's tools to help you as you trade such as a calendar, trade ideas , etc. Great response times and customer service

Great broker, been with them over a year more and always had amazing support. Very fast withdrawal process , never had issues
