Hello Charles! We are sad to see your review but wanted to add additional context so we can find a way to continue our relationship. After reviewing your account, we noticed that you have only traded on demo accounts and never deposited or trade live funds with our firm. Upon reviewing the your 5 demo accounts, we noticed that all of them have taken significant loss and even some of them negative balance. So our team dove a bit deeper into the trading history on each account and review the logs from the trading terminal. After reviewing both we noticed every trade you have taken has been significantly over leveraged and appears to be a Martingale strategy ( opening larger sell positions as price continues to push up hoping it comes down & opening larger sell positions and price continues to push down hoping it comes up ). We did cross reference the trading terminal logs during your trade times and we do see the rejected sell and buy limit orders. Each of the rejected orders are *not enough margin* in the log comment. This occurs when the current positions open + the amount of drawdown exceeds the available margin required to open the new position. While generally Martingale strategies are not profitable, if you do plan to continue using this strategy, we highly recommend starting your first order with a much smaller lot size than 20 lots on XAU so that by your 4th or 5th Martingale position you open as price continues to push against you, there is sufficient margin to allow you to open a new position with a larger lot size. If you start with too large of a lot size then each additional position you open uses more margin because you are opening even larger positions to try and negate the previous positions loss if price moves in your favor. We are sad you had an unpleasant experience with margin requirements with your strategy on our demo accounts but we would love to continue serving you throughout your trading journey.
