Never got the product I ordered. Attempted to contact them weeks ago and never heard back. Will never buy from this company again.

Have not recieved item and no customer service correspondance

I am first told that a product is available, I order it, then a week later am told that you have no idea when it will ship. Unacceptable.

You did not list product back ordered on your site when I ordered it, now I have been waiting almost a month. Personally, I would not send out a review request before I delivered the product, you may have gotten an extra star ⭐️ If had the product

They did not represent that the item I ordered was out of stock. I paid for priority mail and a week later I call and found out they didn't even have the item.

It’s been over a month and still haven’t received my keypad

Their website apparently had a glitch and blanked out the street name of the shipping and billing address ( which were the same). Yes, I have shipped many things over the years via online and know how to fill out these forms so it wasn’t my mistake. Their shipping person apparently didn’t feel the need to take one second and confirm a complete address and just sent it out with just the house number. I never received the package, of course. When they were contacted they made it all about how they had no responsibility for that even though they confirmed they actually had a human doing the shipping. They wanted to charge me to ship it again and I said no. They then wanted to charge me a restocking fee, no way that’s happening. The person on the other end then relented after allegedly speaking with a manager and waived the restocking fee but not the shipping. I will never do business with these people again as it’s utterly ridiculous that their brain dead shipping person doesn’t take the time to review shipping addresses and then no responsibility is taken for that.

Takes orders and money for items shown as in stock on their website when they really are not. They do not call or email that they don't have the item and it's very difficult to get anyone to return calls or answer emails. Avoid at all costs as this place is a scam. UPDATE: 7/7/22 Can't add a reply to the response from the company but the order # was 592334 placed on June 4th, 2022. I finally got a refund for the order on June 13th, 2022 after repeatedly calling and leaving unanswered message as well as emails. When a person finally picked up the phone, they told me that they didn't have the part and that no one else did either as well as they do not contact people and just place the order in a "que" for however long it takes to get the part. I found another vendor that day and had the part a few days later. Your website STILL shows this as "in stock" even though it's not. Still will not place another order with your company again after all of this.
