Very quick delivery and great website for ordering supplies.

I did rec the item. There were some modifications that I had to make to make it work. The belt had to be cut down and one end had to be taken off the old belt and put on the new one to fit on the original part on the rail. I'm a mechanic so it was no problem. Just a little time-consuming. Probably not so good for someone who just wants to swap old for new. Maybe a good idea to send the belt without ends connected so it can be sized and parts swapped from the beginning.

The order took longer than normal to be mailed from your company and then FedEx kept trying to deliver the order when the office was closed. ( we are only open from 9 -12). I was afraid after 3 attempts that they would return the package so I drove to the local FedEx to pick up the order. I would prefer that USPS be used as they do not require signatures.

Parts were good quality. Order took 1 whole week from the time I paid till the time its shipped. Still it saved me from buying a whole new door opener.

Slow shipping. Part was out of stock and delayed several days.

Thank you for very prompt service. I placed the order to replace the same circuit board that I ordered last October. Installation of the new circuit board corrected the problem. Could you please advise as how I can receive warranty for this item. Thank you.
