We have not received the order

Paid to have a part overnighted. That means I need it the next day. Not overnighted when you get around to it.

Website lies and says everything is in stock when in reality it isn't. 5 days later, my "in stock" part still hasn't shipped.

Horrible I ordered a part said it was available three days later I get an email says that you're on hold with your vendor why wasn't I told that so I could order it from someone else now you have my money and my time held up

Item shown as in stock was actually on backorder, which I found out about only because I called for a tracking number.

I ordered a couple of garage door openers and weeks later, when they didn't come - I checked the status and it was still pending delivery. When I ordered the remotes, they were listed as available and I was led to believe that they would be shipping immediately. I had to contact customer service to get a ship date and they told me they could not give me one because there was no estimated date of these items coming back into stock. I am giving this one star because you should not allow someone to order a product that is not in stock AND charge their credit card for a product with no known availability date. When I cancelled the order, I was also told that a refund would be pending for a few days. Unacceptable.

They called me 3-4 days later to inform me they couldn’t honor the price on the opener control board I had ordered because there was a price increase from the manufacturer in the amount of $50. They gave me the option of paying the extra amount or canceling the order. I felt they should have honored the price when I ordered the board, but they refused. I canceled the order, but as of 2 1/2 weeks later I still have not been credited my refund. Be careful when dealing with this company.

One week and my order has not shipped. A few more days and I will call my credit card company to get my money back.
