Regardless that we are in a pandemic
Regardless that we are in a pandemic, I received my gate hardware in a timely fashion! The Bracket works perfectly, I had to drill out 1 hole a little more, but, no big deal. I also have an extra bracket & parts, in case they are needed in the future. The gate is working better than ever, now!

We were shorted 2 items on the original…
We were shorted 2 items on the original delivery. After telephoning and explaining the shortage they were very very prompt in sending the balance of the order. Amber and MaryAnn were so polite and efficient in resolving the issue.
