fast delivery correct part

This was my first order placed with Gatehouse. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and provided me with all the information that I needed to place an order. The product was prepared and shipped the next day. I didn't expect to receive my part for at least 7 - 10 days it was delivered in 3 days! I give the employees of Gatehouse a 5 star rating!

Customer service was always responsive and honest. The order took six months to fill, but that was due to the manufacturer. Customer service did not give me any empty promises or try to keep me from cancelling my order, and in fact asked me what I wanted to do. I kept the order and am glad that I did.

Easy ordering and they had what I needed at a much better price than other suppliers

No problem with delivery or order great job

Had to cancel order. They help know problem.

Always has the parts you need and shipping is very quick.

Double row slab box seemed expensive for a glam card board box, but, I am pleased with the quality of this product. Not all slab boxes hold the several different types of slabs, but I tried quite a few and they all worked fine. Box arrived very very quickly and was well packaged for travel.
