Great service and came through with what I needed.

I received my two products, but they were not what was pictured online. I was hoping to receive two blue Chamberland branded openers, but instead was sent two black lift master branded openers. they do the job just fine, but i was trying to match my original set of openers. I have decided to keep them, but just in case the next customer really wants what is in the picture, they might need a better picture listing. Thanks!

Worked out fine.

At first, they didn't have in stock what the website was saying they had. just as I was going to cancel my order, they got them in and was able to ship. Next time, I'll be calling before ordering online.

Item was on back order, but still came in a timely manner.

Hassle free purchase

Other suppliers listed on their sites that they had parts in stock yet when I would order them, I would then be told the item was back ordered. The part I ordered was in stock and shipped immediately, arriving before promised. The only drawback is prices are higher than comparable retailers. If you want to trade convenience for a couple of dollars, go elsewhere, otherwise you will get what you need and fast, here.

Shipped quickly, good price. What the directions didn't tell me is if it doesn't work after being matched to the same pin switch configuration as my existing remote then try different settings on the number one pin. All's well that ends well... It works fine now.
