They know nothing about what they are selling. Won’t return anything even if it’s there fault

Never received item. Told to handle on my own to track with post office.

The motor arrived with very minimal packing material and the motor arrived damaged.

Horrible communication

The item I purchased will not program to my vehicle and to several outside keypads,finally got fed up and purchased a new garage door opener that programs to everything.

They say same day shipping and sent out a order shipped email but when I checked tracking next day it still stated waiting to receive package. I called and spoke with women named Brandy. She said we emailed you stating it had shipped yesterday. I told her what the tracking said and she told me it is out of our hands YOU have to call the shipper and find out what is going on, very rude and disrespectful. Come to find out they had not shipped item until next day. Wouldn't have been so bad had I not been responded to so rudely.

This is a terrible company to deal with, after deducting from my card they refused to ship to the job adress because it was different from the card address i lost 2 weeks dealing with them and no product the site asks for both addresses

The return process was expensive and cumbersome
