The product is excellent, but communication between the supplier and customer needs improvement. Specifically, the customer should receive an approximate delivery date and notification when the product has shipped.

Sent relatively quick, inside had some small damage, it weight was about 100 lbs so maybe a little better packaging. Also sent wrong size gear for garahe door opener, so I'll have to call for correct size.

The person I chatted with was very helpful, she explained it clearly.

Extremely happy they had the part I was desperately needing without stuff I didn’t need, searching, check out, all went smooth, no issues and only took a moment. My only disappointment, trying to create a customer account, 3 times, only to have it error at the end ..

Altough is quick, very understandable site, and very good products, I guess shipping fees are little be expensive, ie you can adjust shipping fee when send more than one product to same address at same time

Everything is always worked perfect except this last order 599172. The belt was 1 inch short how to make a Spicer to put between the clamp to make it work. It worked out OK but you should make a note that this will not fit a 10 foot door there needs to be at Spicer.
