I placed my order on June 6. It is now 10 days later, and I have heard nothing except that they received my order. I would appreciate confirmation that they have the item in stock, and are in the process of shipping it. Without that confirmation, I have to ask how sincere your devotion to customer service might be. When can I expect to receive this circuitboard so that I can get my garage door opener working again?

Initial service and pricing was great. Order updates just showed that it was waiting to be packaged and shipped. It didn’t show the item was out of stock. Since the website showed everything to be in stock, I had to contact customer service to get an actual status. I was advised that one item was out of stock and there was no expected date. Since I found the items in stock at another website and ordered there, I canceled my initial order.

Product was not in stock but says in stock. I ordered but no shipment. I have to check back with them after many days. The order was not even showing up in my account. I have to chat with their csr to figure out the truth. There is even no visibility as to when the parts will be in stock. I canceled the order.

I originally ordered the parts via email to their parts email address and never got a confirmation. When I tried to call, no one would answer the phone. I emailed twice to check on the order and got no reply. I took a chance and ordered online and crossed my fingers the parts would show up. Thankfully, they did.

The photo on the site showed a blue remote and so I ordered it due to needing to replace another one that was blue. The one I received was black and not what I needed. When I inquired about it, I was told that you do not sell the blue remote, which I wonder why the image is blue on the website. When I read the return policy, it did not make sense to return it since I would have a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted for the refund and I would have to pay shipping again.

Non-existent communications! Placed my order on 5/18/20 and did not receive my order until 5/21/20 even though this order was placed with priority overnight shipping from FedEx. I continuously checked my e-mail for notification about this shipment, because I had a gate that was inoperable, but received none. I called your offices late afternoon of 5/19/20 to find out when I would be receiving my items and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes was told that a miscommunication had been made between the manufacturer and your company. I was told that the items would be drop shipped tomorrow, 5/20/20 and then the call was promptly ended. I checked my e-mail on the morning of 5/21/20 for confirmation of the previous days conversation but found nothing. I checked my e-mail again on 5/21/20, expecting to see at least and e-mail stating that the items had shipped but still nothing. I checked your website which at least had a tracking number from FedEx. The only e-mail I every received from your company was wanting to know if I received my items. Also, because of the long delivery time and poor communications, my supervisor has told me to dispute the charges for the priority overnight shipping charges.
