I had to pay postage to send the wrong opener back. Also it was not fully refunded.

The liftmaster is amazing, quiet and worth every penny. This is the second time I am writing. Only issue we had is it does not come with remotes.

Ordering was easy, website navigation was good, Parts arrived quickly! Shipping price was a little steep, part did not fit without some modifications. I had to use a grinder to shrink its diameter to fit the gate.

I should have been told at ordering that the item was back ordered.

First, The part was somewhat delayed in shipping. Additionally, FEDEX delivered it to the wrong address and it sat Outside an adjacent building for 2 days before we found it. Also, the part was packaged improperly, and lay sideways in the box allowing the center pin and mounting screws to nearly, and completely penetrate the exterior of the box. This unit should have been packaged Upright and double boxed for safety.

My item did not ship (was not delivered to the carrier as quickly as expected) and I could not check it's status because I didn't create an account when ordering.

Great product, it did take 3 weeks to arrive

The circuit board replacement worked, but I didn’t receive any update as to when this item was to ship. No lead time was provided on the website nor in the confirmation email. The order status on the website didn’t provide an expected ship date either, only that is was “awaiting shipment”. I had to call twice to check on it. I am glad my garage door is working again but Gatehouse could have been more proactive in establishing a good customer experience.
