Doesn't work with my lift-master

Price was good. Shipping was reasonable. If you even think you might need after-the-sale help, forget about it. Woman was very uninterested and dismissive. Referred me to manufacturer and said the manufacturer would provide assistance. Could not get any help there. Called back. I was rudely dismissed AGAIN. Pay a little more and buy from a company that values your business.

I would like to know when to expect my order. I cannot see a way to determine when my order will arrive.

I paid for 2 day shipping but I guess the only part of the shipping that is expedited is once FedEx has it in their hands, this company still took 2 days of handling time for a little wire set just to get it packaged and out the door. My customers are waiting waiting...

my order took the "Free Shipping" promo code and did not charge me shipping when my order went through. Only to get a phone call in the next day or so saying that the "Free Shipping" promo code was not valid for the items I ordered and my order was cancelled. My money was refunded and I went to a competitor for my purchase. Not the best experience.

The items we ordered were backordered with no timeframe given as to when it would ship. That alone was a bit of a disappointment but add to it that our credit card was charged immediately and that adds up to an unhappy customer. We were given the option to cancel or wait for item to come in, a catch 22 situation.

ORDERED material and no one said anything about manufacturer items being on back order.

Your website made it easy to find the specific part to match the model number but your system to track my order doesn’t work. Other companies just sent that information to your email.
