Still out of stock??
At the time of order on May 5, 2022, the product ordered was labeled as "in stock." However, we have not received our product because it is now "out of stock." Not satisfied.

Hi Robert, Very sorry for the delay, Unfortunately Liftmaster is involved in a lawsuit with Genie and they had to make some changes to their products. They are stuck waiting for a customs review, We hope to get them in next week. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Kim, We switched review companies and this is a request from a past order. You ordered some remotes Saturday June 5th we shipped them Monday June 7th via Us Mail as requested.

The "in stock" notice is false
The "in stock" notice is false. Web listing shows item is in stock and ships next day. They efficiently take your order, then they don't ship. Waiting over a month, I contacted the help chat twice. They say the item is out of stock nationwide. They say they can't update the stock indicator on the web page (why? that is their job!). I cancelled my order and bought elsewhere. In addition, the gatehousesupplies.com web site will not allow me to submit a 1-star review. They pop up a (bogus) technical issue message. So don't trust the reviews on the site, either.

Buyer Beware,
Buyer Beware, Ordered an item on Dec 30th. Paid for faster shipping. 2 weeks later, Jan 15th, status still says Pending Shipment. Part still says In Stock. No one answers when you call Customer Service (waiting for 1 hour). No way to get an answer.

Hi Neil, Sorry but we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. As with many items right now the 365LM is on backorder from Liftmaster, we have your ordering pending and will ship it out as soon as they come in.
