It's a terrible app. I spun the wheel for points you can do everyday. I won 500 points and it didn't pay me. I signed up with Kelshi with the app and I didn't get my points. The app is very scammy and suspect. I signed up for the card, but I don't trust the company to use it. So I won't. They need to sell this company to someone more trust worthy or it's going to crash and burn.

Absolute trash. Card kept declining at the pumps because I had to manually pay each transaction. Defeated the entire purpose of the App. Nasty customer service reps too. Good luck!

I am beyond frustrated with GB. What should be a simple and useful app has turned into a constant source of aggravation. Prices are frequently outdated or inaccurate, which completely defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. I've gone out of my way to visit stations based on listed prices, only to find the actual cost is significantly higher. The customer service is, without question, one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. Issues are never actually resolved. Instead of providing real solutions, they seem to stall for time, send generic and canned responses, and drag out the process indefinitely. Every interaction feels like an endless cycle of excuses and delays with no meaningful outcome. It's incredibly frustrating to spend time explaining a problem only to be met with the same canned responses and zero accountability. To make matters worse, I have experienced charges and fees that were not what I expected, and getting clarification or resolution has been impossible. Rather than addressing concerns directly, customer support appears more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping customers. The app is also cluttered with ads, promotions, and unnecessary features that make it harder to quickly find the information I need. Performance can be slow, and the overall experience feels more focused on monetization than helping users save money. What's most disappointing is the complete lack of reliability and customer care. When you're using an app to make decisions about fuel costs, accuracy matters. When problems arise, support should be there to help, but they fail on both fronts. After multiple bad experiences, I've lost confidence in the platform entirely. It used to be a useful tool, but in its current state it's frustrating, unreliable, and backed by customer service that seems unwilling or unable to resolve legitimate customer concerns. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for dependable gas price information or responsive customer support.

THE APP CONTINUES TO SCREW-OVER MOTORISTS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON GASOLINE. GASBUDDY REFUSES TO UPDATE LEGITIMATE PRICES IN AN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER. FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES, THIS GARBAGE APP IS USELESS. TIME TO BOYCOTT GASBUDDY!

I wouldn't recommend GasBuddy+. If you have a fraudulent charge on the card, GasBuddy will tell you it is not their responsibility and will force you to try to get the issue resolved by other means. Then they will tell you that if you do not pay the amount being disputed, it will go to collections, even if it was deemed fraudulent after you went to resolve it by other means. The headache is not worth the 3-cent discount. You are better off using the rewards programs by the multiple gas stations.

Customer service is nonexistent, only available via AI both on chat and phone calls, keep referring to icons on the app which don't exist on iOS. If this is our future we are all in trouble!

My gasbuddy card was skimmed at the pump and used at another gas station. I showed the transactions and it is clear that it was fraudulent. They refused to except it as fraudulent and said that I am responsible for the transaction. They have no customer service over the phone when you call during their business hours the AI tells you you called after business hours. Stay far away from this company. They will not close your account either. Have to close my checking account it was tied to to stop them from drawing funds. This company is a fraud!
