It took a long time to receive my package, but I finally received it and the kids and I were pleased with the product. I thought it was a blanket by the way it’s shown on the web page, but it’s not, it’s a duvet.

When I order I thought I was getting a really great deal on a queen comforter set but that’s not what it was. Then I looked at it thought I was suppose to put a comforter inside it but it doesn’t have an opening. It have clamps that you are suppose to clamp the comforter on. I’ll be sure to read more carefully next time.

Im so sorry you didnt have a pleasent experience with our cover Wanda. Our duvet covers are made with a zipper that will hold all comfeters inside The clips we send allong are a gift that helps on making sure the comfeter does not move while inside the duvet cover I will be sure to keep this in mind as we wanna be sure to improve on what we offer All the Best, Olivia
