All is Well!
Didn’t get my order so called and David handled it for me. I just got a notice this morning that my order is complete. So, now I wait for email saying it has shipped. Thank you David. All is well.

The 9 shelf was back ordered so changed…
The 9 shelf was back ordered so changed to 6 shelf. Arrived in about 2 weeks. Assembly easy and does what it should.

Received part of my order in a timely…
Received part of my order in a timely manner, however, when I placed my order I was not advised until afterwards that one item was out of stock and would not be shipped until later. Still waiting for the item.

I have made several purchases this year…
I have made several purchases this year to the point where I wasn't sure what i had ordered. The computer wasn't working this year for you to view your orders until the shipping season was almost over. So when an order didn't come, I finally called and found out the order didn't go through after I submitted it. Last year I would have given them a 5. I still will do business with this company but will keep a better record of what I purchase. The other problem that I had this year is that none of the coupons that I had worked in the system, so I paid full price for everything. I had on 10 or 20% off coupon that said that it wasn't valid, even though I used it right away.

Gardener's Supply is always great - great customer service, great products, I have had a bit of a snafu on this order and hopefully it will be resolved, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Thanks!

Good experience.
Order and back order products arrived in pretty good order. Uncommon at these times when it is convenient to blame anything on COVID. Appreciated clear and correct messages in regard to entire order. Tools ordered are as advertised - liquid- to be evaluated in spring. Good job.
