Gardener's Supply CompanyReviews of gardeners.com

My only disappointment is that the plant stands were made in China. I would have paid more for them made in USA. The shelves are beautiful and work well for the plants I bring inside each winter.

The product is ok. Better instructions for putting it together would have helped but we figured it out.

Love the product ! It just took a longer time to get it.

I love Gardener's Supply and their great people. My only reason for holding back one star is that the communication is not great. I've had to reach out to get status on each of my orders. It would be helpful if they could be quicker to send updates - if something is on backorder, when it will ship, that kind of thing. Otherwise, it's a great site - great products at fair prices.

I had ordered a Dutch hoe...or so I thought, but when I went back to check on it, I couldn't find a record that I had. So I thought maybe I didn't push the final "purchase" button and reordered. And then I got two delivered the other day. Oh well, one is for a gift, and I can use the other. But I guess if you don't sign up to be on Gardener's Supply mailing list, you can't doublecheck your order? I must be on SOME list because I'm getting emails.

I’ve been using the recycled rubber mats for about a year, and they work well in suppressing weeds and they provide a firm and resilient surface for my wife’s walker. This recent order took a little longer than I expected to arrive, and I didn’t find a way to track it.

We bought more high rise hoops which have been great but the new ones we received are made from different “metal” not even close to the originals. I’m sure they will rust out by next Spring. I never understand why companies do this. They had a great product then changed up the materials. Oh well time to make them myself I guess

So glad to receive the brackets for my Lechuza window boxes. This was my first Gardener's order. My only wish is that I would have received some sort of order progress or shipping notification.
