I love all of your products, sometimes it takes quite awhile to receive them.

The item ( bottle tree) was as described and sturdy. One of the threads to assemble wouldn’t tighten but still useable. Happy with it other than that.

I generally like shopping Gardener's Supply, but they have so many products and variations of those products, that sometimes I forget to verify every detail of the item I want before ordering. Last time I almost chose the wrong grow lamp because I didn't notice that the one I was looking at was not the LED like the previous one I bought. It would be very helpful for folks like me if there were a statement in the description of products that have multiple options, indicating the other options that are available, with links.

I found what I needed but it's back ordered until January, which is very unfortunate since the ground will be either very muddy or frozen then. The website is a bit poorly organized and could use some cleanup with its organizational design, that is what slows me down when trying to find specific items or discover new exciting things I might need.

I have never had a product from Gardener's Supply that I wasn't satisfied with; however, my latest order ended up being broken up into quite a few shipments and some I haven't even received yet and it's been a month. You should try to send out some sort of updates when an order is delayed.

My only complaint was that it was in back order when ordered and I was told it would be a month. It turned into a two month wait.

excellent products as usual but too long of a wait for arrival, too many backorders
