Gardener's Supply Co. has always produced good quality items at a fair price. For a majority of our special gardening needs and touches Gardener's Supply has just what we're looking for. Good day.

I requested information on when the CedarLast Potting Bench would be restocked & available. And additionally asked if I could be notified by email when it becomes available instead of checking the site every other day or so. I never received a reply.

I've been very pleased with my Gardener's Supply products and ordering convenience. The only thing I would wish for would be a discount offer for an additional order. I've spent a ton of money now and would appreciate a discount on my next order without having to order a minimum of $100.

Your company in it self is fantastic, product that I bought no where's near the price I paid, thought it would be a lot better then it was, very cheaply made. A mark against your company for that.

I was sick and tired of having to hack the weeds out of the pathway from my patio to the garden with a hoe every 3 or 4 days, so ordered the recycled rubber pathway. First good sign was it arrived sooner than I expected. Then I opened the box and was almost overwhelmed by the aroma of asphalt (you should warn your customers about that). I rolled it into place, it fit perfectly, it is nicely yielding to walk on, it looks terrific - and after a day or two the lovely aroma had dissipated. I am happy. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is the odor. I realize we are talking shredded rubber tires here, but it would have been nice to have been warned.

The products are good but it takes so damn long to get them. I get tired of waiting and waiting and waiting for them to come. I don’t understand why it takes so long to get some thing mailed.

Shipping took longer than expected. Also, the hold on my credit card is still there almost 30 days now tying up my money, this is not acceptable.
