I feel like I got ripped off. The quality of the blanket i purchased from wise gardeners was of low quslity and stamped. The front side of the blanket is a micro shagg. They stamped graphix on one side of shagg. So if you run your hand across the blanket it virtually erases the grsphix. Super crsppy China quality. I found the same one on Amazon that was twice the size and much better quality for half the price. Also, wise gardeners ships out of Shanghai. So when you get it is a guess. Maybe 2 weeks possibly a month or more. Also, not a very transparent company to deal with. After I ordered blanket I realized there was no size chart. Even though the picture showed a queen size blanket i wanted to make sure I was getting correct size. So I emailed 4 times over a period of a week. The responses I received were of someone who either was not reading my email and just responding like a robot or it was someone who could not read English and just sending a reassuring note that everything will be OK. Super strange. Turns out the blanket is no bigger than a bath towel. You can get anything wise gardeners Sella on Amazon for about half the price. I will never deal with them again.

This has to be the SLOWEST company in N.America for preparing an order for shipment. C'mon, it is 2023 and everyone wants the Amazon experience for order prep.

I ordered a moon gate in June 25th - i never received an email or anything reqarding when this would be delivered. Called Gardeners Supply - they were very freindly and explained this was from a thrid party vendor. I called again asking when?? couldnt give me any info said theyd try and reach them. I finally got an email saying it would be delivered by a tractor trailer truck- finally recieved my order on 8/11/21 I would definitely recommend calling to place an order to see if its actually available and if its coming directly from them and not a 3rd party vendor.

My item was back ordered - and I knew this when I placed my order - but I wasn't notified when the ship date continued to get delayed. Additionally, there is no information AT ALL in the My Orders section when logged into my account. There isn't evidence of my having placed the order even though I received a confirmation. I understand there can be issues with fulfilling orders - especially this year - but updates on the status would have been appreciated.

Bulb issue Communication on shipping was good and both items looked good out of packaging. The waxed bulb is showing green. The plain bulb is still brown and I think it's a dud. I planted it at the same time I planted a bulb bought locally and that bulb is also showing green.

Tabletop SunLite® Garden on back order for two months. Would be nice to have online products available when advertising.

Items Delayed for almost two months. When I called and checked on items, they kept me on hold for long periods. Each time I was told it would arrive in the next couple of days, but took several more weeks to arrive. By the time the item arrive it was past when I needed them, making the purchase useless till next year.
