Bought my kids an easter present and it never arrived. This is a scam website. It's a shame as I was counting on this as their easter gift and because of these losers my kids didn't get an easter gift.

Ordered 2 items on March 2, it is April 13, still not here
Ordered 2 items on March 2, 2026. The items were intended as Easter gifts. Contacted the company multiple times starting March 25, 2026, asking for a refund. They insisted it was in process and they could not issue a refund. I repeatedly requested tracking information. It was provided, but completely in Chinese. It is now April 13, 2026, and the tracking information they provided still shows on a map that the item in in China. This is a scam. I am working with my payment service to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I order a vehicle care kit from…
I order a vehicle care kit from Gardenerk via an ad on Facebook back in February. The tracking showed that it came from the Czech Republic. It’s now April. I finally emailed to ask why my order was stuck in Denver. I then got an email back with a separate tracking URL saying that the product was already delivered and then gave me a tracking number, saying to check with my post office or if my neighbors had signed for it. The tracking number wasn’t a post office tracking number and my neighbors had not given me any package. Now I’m getting no replies to my emails. This company is nothing but swindlers. And screw Facebook for giving this company a platform!

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. Never received item, they won’t refund my money, claiming they are re-sending the item but I no longer want it because it was to be an Easter gift. I completely doubt they sent or will send the item. I wish I had researched them before placing an order.
Response from GardenerkMay 24, 2026
We are truly sorry for the messy logistics situation and lack of follow-up replies. We realize you still haven't received your parcel despite the claimed delivery status. Please send your order details and related correspondence to [email protected]. We will verify the delivery facts and resolve your problem as soon as possible. Best regards Gardenerk Support Team

Left holding no bag
Ordered the leather under arm bag on 2/22/26 as of 3/31/26 still haven't received and I wanted to use on vacation thats coming up shortly. Received w different tracking numbers one from Italy and one from China so I have no idea where it's coming from. As others have stated customer service just trys to be polite but gives no assistance with helping the situation. Horrible experience and ready to return bag just because of this issue.
Response from GardenerkMay 24, 2026
We are deeply sorry for the delayed delivery and confusing tracking information. We understand you planned to use the bag for your upcoming trip. Please submit your order details to [email protected]. We will clarify the logistics route and try our best to resolve your problem in time. Best regards Gardenerk Support Team

They over billed my invoice on my credit card and the product I ordered was never delivered in a month and a half! Use at your own risk.

Four weeks and waiting
Four weeks and waiting. You get almost immediate reply from customer service however, just polite lip service. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! If you do order use AMEX so you can dispute you charge if order is not received….
Response from GardenerkMay 24, 2026
We regret that we failed to offer practical solutions and let you wait so long. Please share your order details via [email protected], we will actively follow up your shipment and handle your case properly. Best regards Gardenerk Support Team
