GardenerkReviews of gardenerk.com

True ripoff artists who play the “strong you along” game. It will take weeks for shipping and they send you periodic links to “show progress”. In my experience, after seven weeks of waiting the tracking still showed in a different state and didn’t progress for weeks. When I contacted them they claimed it has been delivered, that it was my responsibility to “go to the post office e to find it”. AVOID THEM THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE.

Actual I rate them a ZERO! My package never arrived, per their tracking it is several states. They first said they were contacting the shipper then a month later after I followed up again they send me a totally different tracking number which shows the package even further away and being returned. The said I could pay for shipping of another order or get a partial refund because they need to recoup shipping and product costs. I even paid for the shipping insurance which covered these things. I filed a compliant against them with my credit card company as Fraudulent.

1/ordered product 6-4-26, did not get until 6-25-26. 21 days, too long 2/on ordering page, product was 25.99 plus 5.99, total of 31.98. but 41.57 was charged to my credit card, 9.59 more than what i agreed to. will never buy from you again and will let everyone i can to never buy from you. you got me once, never again...

After 3 wk, nothing, nothing , only sending scam, no product.

Do Not Order From This Company!!!! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I ordered bunnies for Easter in February. They never arrived. The company said they would resend them. It is June and I still haven't received them. The company claims the tracking says they were delivered. They were not. According to their website, the company is in the US, however the items were shipped from China.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered some Easter items from them back in March. They still have not arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could not cancel my order because the shipment had already cleared customs. I was promised delivery within 10 business days. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. I spent almost $100 on items that I will never receive and they will not issue a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE/ SELLER!

I ordered Easter bunnies for my grandkids on March 18,2026 and have never received them I spent $63.28 for them. As of today I have not received them. The Gardenerk company promised to resend the order when I contacted them in early April. They never did resend them and now they will not respond to me at all. It’s a total scam. Do not order from them!

Wish I could rate it a -1, because this company runs a total scam. I blame myself for not checking the reviews before ordering 😡 Ordered 3/3/26. Numerous updates as to shipping. Supposedly arrived in Sioux Falls 4/1. Shipment hasn’t moved since. Gardenerk first said they would reship, new shipment never arrived. Won’t issue a refund. Sent a different tracking # that goes nowhere. Gardenerk should be renamed Gardenerk.
