i have taken a lot of mega msm and arthro7 in its various forms i am taking megea msm now. also d vitamins, fish oul healthy heart and a couple of others. they represent their products accurately. while others are very vague. they are a lot cheaper than the drug companies and except for one exception, all garda natural remedies are a lot better to stick in your bodies as opposed to a drug company asking you to trust them....just look at all the ineffective and harmful druds that millions of people have law suits against. go naturally, until all other options have been tried, then if you want to be stupid enough to put man made drugs into your body, get ready for disapointment!!. i have major osteo porosis problems along with fibromyalgia. i have lasted to the age of 71 so far. thank you garda vida and gerovita befor that!!! you have made a major contribution to my staying alive!!! i am not paid for this testimony in any way. i just answered their survey.. charles s. mumford
