It's been a month and I have not received my order yet. I called helpdesk twice. On my first call they said that the orders will arrive before the end of the month. I have sent emails a few times to ask for updates. On the first email they answered, saying it will be delivered. But, succeeding emails, they stop answering. I called them last week, and only then they mentioned that my order will not arrive on time and they dont know when my order will be ready. In my case, this company is not a reliable company, and now I doubt the truthfulness behind its product and the sincerity of this company in serving its clients.

Used GardaVita for years and was happy with them until Feb 2018, placed order and estimated delivery date was March 5. On March 12, I called customer service and told them I haven’t received order yet and talked to Ryan who said it was delayed by USPS and it was my responsibility to call them and file a claim. Told him It wasn’t my responsibility to get my order to me and It was the company’s. He said I will be charged for the order, told him I will call American Express and dispute charge. His comment was “they will take me to court and I’ll have to pay charges/interest and fees”. Call AE and they disputed charge and tried to contact them. GardaVita never replyed and I was credited with refund. 3 weeks later I received bill for balance due and still haven’t received product. GREAT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Solicitor from Garda Vita did not process order as instructed. In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped. Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

I called customer service for the item that is missing ,instead I received one that is not in my order.now is over one month that I don't hear from them.

Called customer service and I am in the process of returning one partially used box and one unused box, for a complete refund of my expenditure. The product is unusually toxic; the tablet smells bad, and caused inflammation of my thyroid with intense pain. I have been a customer of GeroVita products for close to 2 decades, and until today had always trusted them to be harmless. Both the inflammation and the intense pain disappeared completely, after the second day I stopped ingesting the tablets, never to return again!
