My friend sent parcels from US to India on 01/21/2020 yes you read it correctly i.e. he sent parcels 8 months back but haven't received his parcels. Tried to contact them multiple times but everytime call goes to voice mailbox and despite dropping message to contact back no call till date, not sure whether he will ever get his parcels or not. Apart from parcels I think he paid $500 for service and even after 8 months no clue where the parcels are. They are not replying calls or no proper response via email. Totally unprofessional. Beware. Use their service only if you want to loose your money and time. Also, I just checked their reviews and I was surprised to see that all 5 star reviews are posted in bulk on same day and with regular intervals, how is that possible like you have 8-10 5* reviews today then after few days again on same day another 8-10 5* reviews, there are no reviews in between so looks like all 5 star reviews are fake and posted by themselves. Update 1: after so many calls and voice mails no update from them, sometime they pickup and put on hold which never ends. Asked detail and provided detail let's see if they are calling back or not Update 2: After so many follow-ups and calls, no reply from them.

The entire team of Gandhi International including their CEO are very unprofessional. We had shipped 2 TV's with them to India and they charged us for the special crate while they only shipped one TV in the crate while the second one was shipped with the box we packed in Our 60" LED TV completely got destroyed during the shipment process and we had bought insurance and when the time came to process it, the insurance company stated that Gandhi team bought "theft or vessel fire" insurance and not handling insurance and they usually buy similar insurance for everyone. The most unprofessional part of it is when they quoted, it said "insurance" without any details and when asked, they would not reply to emails or phone call. Basically, we paid $75 in insurance for nothing and took a loss of $2K. We also had to pay duty on the TV in India and they would not reimburse for any of this even though they accepted it was their error I tried calling them multiple times and they would avoid my calls and if emailed, they would hardly respond or direct me to someone else to discuss further but no outcome. In the end, their CEO sent a one-line email, we are sorry for the inconvenience and when I asked why haven't you picked up my phone, he ignored me again My suggestion is to stay far away from them. Their pricing is not very competitive compared to others but I came in here because they had decent reviews but in the end, they turned out to be a horrible freight forwarder.

The initial phase was impressive when I contacted them. They immediately provided quotation and followed up for payment and shipment. The real problem started when I contacted them after 2 months for the status of the shipment. I called them when they didn't responded to my emails. I have been told that the shipment reached destination and will be out for next week. When the consignment didn't reached after 3 week, I contacted them and they again made the same statement that it will be out by next week. Two weeks later I contacted with Owner of company hearing false promises from customer agents and that didn't helped too. I've been directed to Agent who deliver the consignment at destination. It was not my job to follow up with them, however I did follow up and didn't get any positive response. Finally, It took around 6 months to reach the consignment at destination after continuous followup with Gandhi Shipping and their vendor at destination location. I used other company for my other shipment and it was very smooth. They provide regular update and keep there promise. I will not recommend Gandhi Shipping. Try other companies and they are really good!!

Not paying carriers for the work performed! Invoices are outstanding over 90 days. They asked us to drop containers at the customer for a few days and then refused to pay for multiple days of chassis. Even after revised statements, they're not paying. Ignoring phone calls and emails, promising to pay "tomorrow" and tomorrow never comes.

wrost service, they have stole the good as well as increased the price, ones reached to mumbai by telling , custom clearance is not happening so we have to pay half half , and they will ask nonsense stuff to show proof of stolen . please dont trust this guys.

Biggest fraudster shipping company with zero customer service and adherence to promise. I would like to mention 2 individuals namely Mushir Rangoonwala and Vineet Ranjan who hopeless guys. During initial phase, they will provide all assurance on timely delivery and commitment. As soon as you release first installment, the trouble will begin. I booked my consignment in May 2019 and got partial delivery in October 2019 which 5 month where the commitment was for 8 weeks max. I had to follow up endlessly to get my delivery and it was painful experience dealing with these unprofessional people. In addition, one of my valuable box was missed and these guys never bothered to ask the details. Again after beating them to death by asking through emails and calling, they gave a mute reply asking to file a claim without much info. Now I'm chasing them to get the claim process. Advise to all: Do not fall in the trap of what they claim as the trusted and quality cargo company...as they are not. One of my friend happened to use the same and suffered similary. They even do not have proper documentation on payment tracking system and I was asked to pay twice for the same payment. I had to literlly show them the transaction snapshot to make them agree that I have made the payments.

This is a okay okay company, Recently in June 2019 moved from US (Minneapolis) to Bangalore (India), they charged upfront entire payment, which I believe is expected. I opted for wooden crating for my TV's and quoted rate include the wooden crating charges. Door to Door delivery timelines was mentioned 6-8 weeks however it took more than 13 weeks. My shipment landed to Mumbai port on July 26 as promised by them and nightmare and drama begins from there. At Mumbai they asked to follow with LAC company and they were very slow, I called them 3-4 times/day to get update finally after custom clearance they demanded Rs 5000 exta from WOODEN CRATING which was already paid in US. I wrote to Gandhi Shipping, Neither Vineet nor Mushir responded to my emails initially and my shipment did not left Mumbai for weeks until I paid another Rs 5000 for wooden crating. Once it reached Bangalore, vendor asked another rs 3000 to deliver at my home. To be clear I had 18*18*24 size boxes and TV cartoon and all came through service lift (video footage available) I refused to pay Rs 3000 and contact LAC and after 3-4 hrs they agreed to send the shipment to my house. Later after 2 weeks Gandhi responded back and Mr Mushir mentioned that they are willing to pay back Rs 5000 and made promises multiple times but till date they never refunded the amount. These company do false promises and cheat customers and they DO NOT OFFER the services for which they accept money. (All email conversation available) I advice people to be careful with Gandhi Shipping, after they get 100% payment they will not care anything. They are Thugs and cheap people and very unprofessional. Imagine my shipment they did not sent from Mumbai for just Rs 5000 (wooden crating charges) which was paid fully in US, so never understood why these fraud, unethical and un professional company charges customers multiple times for the same services. Please be careful before having any deal with Gandhi.

This company has absolutely no sense of responsibility or decency. I arranged for a 3-part shipment to be picked up from my house. 2 out of 3 boxes reached them, I don't know how but one of the boxes got lost. They said they were in touch with UPS about a lost package investigation and promised to follow up regularly with me and UPS. However, it has been more than a week since I have heard from them, and I have sent 3 emails asking for an update I was promised on Sept 3. Not one reply. Finally I had to contact UPS myself. Today, UPS told me the package is officially lost. It was Gandhi Shipping's duty to inform me about this, but only dead silence. They know I have left the country now and can't call them easily. Even when I was still in the US they were rejecting my calls.. was very difficult to get through to a person. Now they have completely washed their hands off me. Who knows if they will even send me the other 2 packages or will they steal both my money and belongings. I think they are cheats at worst and irreponsible at best. Go with any other company.
