I waited for nearly 2 months to order a mattress from these people. When they finally contacted the manufacturer they told me it would be another month or so, they didn't know why. So I told them to just cancel the order, and give me my refund, which they did. Then they offered me an apology and sent me a so-called $50 gift card to make up for the bad service. Well the gift card came, and it's no good, the numbers on it don't work at all, so what they probably did was cancel it. I had never seen such a rotten company. After I got my refund I ordered from someone else, and got my mattress in two weeks. This place needs to be shut down.

Called and talked to the Gander RV (Hamburg) folks TWICE about a screened tent; was 1)assured they had 3 in stock and 2) would set one aside for me as I needed to drive 150 miles to the store. Even though their inventory showed 3 in stock.. Nothing to be found. Secondly I did not see a single brand I knew (except Coleman). The "Northern Tool" of camping stores selling cheap China-made products.

I ordered a wave 8, cover and legs. The wave 8 was to large and the cover didn't fit well. I returned the Wave 8 and cover (separate boxes. I paid for a signature of receipt for the heater). The cover was refund immediately. but not the heater. I sent the proof of signature to gander rep. They received the heater on the 18th of May, it's June 2 and I still have no refund for the heater. I will dispute with my Credit card company today. I will not order from this site again. (I also ordered a Wave 3 & cover from them once the Return was setup with the rep which is why I kept the legs). Works fine....but still need my 366.00 back from the first purchase. I was assured it was coming but has not.

Every time I order online it takes forever for the item to ship and a few times never makes it to the shipper. I will say when I finally got ahold of a supervisor I was given a discount and the item came right away but the web site sucks for actually getting the item. I shop in store when ever possible and love the store!

Horrible experiences ordering guns online from them. First time I ordered a gun they told me almost a week later that it was actually back ordered and there was a computer glitch. The second time they told me that they needed new card info and that their website didn't save it. He said my gun would be there the next week no problem. And someone else told me that the order didn't go through. I then gave it one more shot tried to buy a different gun and then called and they said the order was canceled. Yet they're still pending charges on both of my cards. When you call them and they act like they don't know what's going on and even got hung up on. They send you a web reference number in a confirmation number but they can't find it in the system. Terrible computer platform and customer service it's obsolete. If you want it done from them go in there physically and buy it don't buy online. It's a shame because it would be a convenient way to buy firearms. Too bad they're going to lose my business now.

Ordered dockmate fenders almost 2 weeks ago repeated attempts to find out when my order would ship they finally told me after almost 2 weeks that the item was backordered

I don’t know how they got so many boneheads in one place. Nobody has a clue about their units they are trying to sell. Then they make you wait for hours & hours to find anything out.won’t even buy a lite bulb there holy moly!🤬

Awful experience! They kept telling me my order would ship any day and then after over 2 weeks they said it won't be in stock for over 3 months. Then said it will take another week to open a return claim to see if they will return my money. F this company.
