THIS DEALERSHIP IS GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU.
Me and my wife were coming back from Branson and I looked up to see the side of my camper was bowing out so we pulled over to inspect we didn't see any reason for the wall to come apart. We called for first available appointment. Its a defect and wouldn't you know the 3 year structural warranty is 18 days expired and they aren't willing to help me in anyway. 18 days are you kidding me? so they want $2800 to fix it and hey the "half owner" even called to try and sooth it over SERIOUSLY!
I will never do business with these people again
as a 100% Disabled Veteran I recommend no military or veteran do business with this company

Horrible Customer Service
I cancelled an order within minutes of placing it. I thought the order would ship right away and after found out it would take 2 weeks just to leave warehouse!! I spoke to two agents after waiting over 20 minutes each time. Both said they would cancel it. They did not cancel order. Now trying to return items and it is ridiculous trying to get through, I am sure they will insist on me paying return fees. Their agents are terrible. And no store is near me to return items. By the way you don't find out that it takes 2 weeks for your order to leave the warehouse until AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER!

Poor skill and service
Our RV, 2021 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler, was found to be damaged at pickup after an extended stay at Camping World/Gander RV. Jack was bent. This was not present at the walk around inspection at drop off, yet Camping World refused to shoulder responsibility. Also, our rig was with Camping World for three months. The team there could not find anything wrong. They sent the rig home twice without diagnosing, and of course not repairing, the problem. An independent RV repairman diagnosed the problem OVER THE PHONE! We told Camping World and we were right! With the help of that skilled person, the bumbling boobs at Camping World finally diagnosed and sent us photos to prove that the CONVERTER had been WIRED INCORRECTLY AT TGE FACTORY. Shouldn’t this have been found pre-sale?? Not to mention after three months at their facility? We had to cancel a glorious trip because it then took another week to get the part in. We will never go back there. This is the third rig we have purchased there, but our other two were bought when it was RV World. Customer Service has gone downhill and so has skill level.

Ordered a hitch
Ordered a hitch, had to cancel as they don’t keep anything in stock. 3 weeks later no refund. Product never did ship. Rudest damn customer service I have ever dealt with! Wish I could reach through the phone and slap whoever I’m talking to. Would never buy another thing from gander or camping world ever again!

Our rating is 00000. The worst customer service EVER!
First time 5th wheel owners, purchased it to put on a lot on a beautiful Minnesota lake to permanently use as a summer home, never to be traveled with. Took delivery May 20, 2020. Upon delivery (that we had to pay $450 for) discovered dead batteries, a hydraulic leak, bedroom AC not working, entry door does not close properly, interior doors do not slide properly. We immediately stopped in to see our salesman, who sent us to the service dept. Service dept said we need to bring it in. NO, we just got it delivered today and are setting it on blocks with a deck and patio around it and you should have known about these issues by doing a new vehicle check on it before we had it delivered.....We were told they do not have a mobile service technician. Finally 2 weeks later a technician came to the unit and fixed the interior doors, and said the AC needed a new thermostat. He said he would order a new entry door, but it might be a while due to manufacturing closures due to Covid. He said the unit has to be brought in to fix the hydraulic leak.
Another 2 weeks goes by, the technician returns with the new thermostat and says that is not the problem. It must be the circuit control on the AC unit. We had already dealt with 2 different service managers and 2 different service technicians. Nobody was returning our calls so at this time I notified Marcus at corporate "If you're not satisfied, i'm not satisfied" is the sign when you walk in the door to Gander RV. We were assigned to a case leader who would take charge of our situation. Jordan was assigned to our case and kept contact with the service dept in Baxter. Once the circuit control arrived 3 weeks later he installed it and said that is not the problem, it must be the AC unit itself. He and another employee brought back a new AC unit taken from another unit and installed that and it did not work either. At that point they said it needed new wiring installed from the circuit board to the AC unit. This is the time when they dropped the ball on us and we didn't hear back from them. I went into the store and met yet another NEW Service Manager, and at this time we were going to be leaving to our Arizona home for the winter, and I need a guarantee the when we return in the spring we will have working AC in our bedroom, which I received from Ben. I called Ben on April 5, 2021 to tell him we would be returning to the 5th wheel on May 22, and they can get into the unit to replace the wire. He said they wouldn't be able to get to it until May 1, and I said that is fine. I called him on May 4 to find out if they have been working on it, to find out that Ben was no longer there......
SO, I start all over again with a new Service Manager...... I contacted my corporate contact who was no longer assigned to my case to find out now I can communicate with Kristin. She told me that this unit is out of warranty and will not be covered. That was not a good thing to tell us. I told her we will not spend one dollar to get this AC working. Ben was re-hired and told me to call another dealership in town that has a Mobile Service Truck. I arranged for PleasureLand RV in Baxter to have their mobile service to come and do a diagnoses on May 24, 2021. The diagnosis was the same, a new wire needs to be run from the circuit breaker to the AC through the ceiling. The service tech came to the unit June 18, took apart the circuit breaker to install a new wire, and found that the original wire had never been "clicked into place". Such a simple thing - and wouldn't you know it worked!!! So, today, June 18, 2021, for the first time since we took delivery on May 22, 2020, the AC in our bedroom is working.
Our entry door still hasn't been replaced but we took a file and a hammer to it, and fixed it ourselves.......

Gander RV Denver - Bait and Switch
Update: After submitting a complaint to the CEO of the company the store gave me a satisfactory resolution. Glad to see the store following the beliefs of their CEO.
My wife and I went in to look at campers, they didn't have anything that my vehicle could tow, salesman talked to manager who said they had just took one in on trade that would work that would be dropped off next week if we wanted it we should make a deposit, my wife and i went home did more research decided we wanted the rv, Gander RV sent paperwork to me thru email, I signed and gave them my credit card for a deposit. Monday morning they called us told us the unit was in, we went down saw the unit and fell in love with it, they said we could not complete the purchase till Friday so we said ok we would do that Friday, Tuesday finance person called told us they screwed up, the Unit was actually a 2021 but we had a contract so they would offer the price we agreed on. Wednesday I went in and sat with the Finance guy for over an hour to get terms that we would accept and he gave me the sales paperwork showing a stock number, make, model, serial number, year, sales price and everything. later that day the finance man sent me a text that he had me approved zero down with the payment i wanted and everything was ready to go for Friday. Thursday around noon they called and said that they would not sell me the 2021 we had a contract on but they had taken a trade on a 2019 and that was the one we had the contract on and that is all they would sell me. I went and looked at it it was beet up, dirty, broken pieces, radio messed up, nothing like the one they showed me, i asked them if they would clean it up and fix everything, they said they would take a look but if they couldn't fix it they wouldn't replace it because we had a contract that showed it purchased "as is" . After telling me this he then goes on to tell me we could not do the purchase on Friday as scheduled because they still had not done the paperwork and didn't feel ethical selling it to me before the paperwork was done. Sounds like they went out and found an older one to sell me since they had screwed up originally.
Very typical Bait and Switch show them the shiny one get them to sign a contract then give them one that is nowhere near what they showed you.
