These guys are criminals. I've seen a lot of lawsuits filed for the exact issue I had. Took my money misrepresented the car it arrived broken. They took it back and it been in their shop for going on four weeks now. With almost no communication from them the dealership or corporate. They just say they're waiting on a part. After sending me a message the first week that the parts were in and repairs were being done. The contract is present to you by AI video. The sales person wanted to go home and played the video at 2x speed. Completely unable to understand. Don't be fooled apartenly this process IS you signed the contract. Fraud. They also forced that before even letting us test drive. The car arrives not only broken but filthy and the employees who drove it to the lot had a sandwich on the passenger side floor smash all over the place. They just left it and walked away. I've filed complaint with the lot manager and cooperate and nothing is being done. The sales lot in Oxnard will ignore you requests for information as well. Once they take your money they don't care. I am actively working with a lawyer to get the criminals to pay.

My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks leaving me careless and was fired from my new job I had just got two weeks prior to my car going into the dealership to receive a whole new engine I got my car back and these pictures show the damage that was done when I received it and what a poor job was done if they put a new engine it had no coolant and I had to add two courts of oil It has a big dent in the passenger side door a crack in my windshield I tried calling the next day to talk to a supervisor no success mind you I had called about 10 times this place is a fraud I am seeking legal assistance

Really disappointed with this company every one please stay away from ganas I had a car with them . I fell some hard time due to work slowing down . I made and agreement with ganas to put my current payment for that month in deferment with means I would pay a extra month longer for a pass for that month. They approved for payment arrangement .2 weeks later the repo my car after making sign contract saying that my payment for that month would be put on the back burner. I now I'm still getting letters from the DMV saying my tags are over due and I need to pay.

Worst customer service. I try to buy a truck cash. They told me it have to be finance. This company is not worth it.

The worse car experience, Don't buy from here. I live in Tulare California and their closest repair shop is 1hour and 30 minutes from my house. It is a private own shop what you would call a pop and mom shop. Customer Service is rude including upper management. I was sold on the idea that they had a very good insurance and that the service department was fast and easy, but it was a lie. It took me a week for someone to find me an appointment and I had to call numerous times for it. They kept saying someone will call you in 24 hrs. Never happen. Will Never buy a car here EVER AGAIN. After they ask me to call their number so they can help, they just left me more upset, they made fun of my and they were unable to resolve anything. Now they said I may have to pay a copay for my car to go to the mechanic. Did not offer to work with me whatsoever. I ask them if they can take the car for me since I don’t feel safe and all the guy kept saying was to look at my contract for what they can or can’t help me with. WORSE EXPERIENCE may have to start looking for some legal advice. Such horrible customer service.

La peor experiencia que e tenido mi carro se encuentra el la ciudad del monte van 2 beses que lo llevo por el mismo problema y según no el carro de ir caminando se paró no corre ni 5 millas llamo todos los días y es lo mismo que están trabajando en el la primera ves que lo lleve a lrepararlo al monte no sabían donde estaba el carro ellos mismos después de 3 meses me a blo una persona que el carro estaba listo fui el carro estaba parqueado todo lleno de basura como si nada más estuvo perqueado hay los 3 meses y según el carro no tenía nada en marzo nuevamente los mismos problemas de ir manejando se paró ya no quiso correr ni 5 millas la ciudad del el monte para servicio si te atienden ni te miran solo dejan que ables no te dan recibo que llevas tu carro a servicio según tú días nósticos te lo dan en 3 días tengo 2 semanas y aún llamo y no lo tienen pero el pago tiene que estar al día no se donde me metí ganas auto no lo recomiendo e tenido muy mala experiencia en el área de servicio mecánico por eso una estrella les doy lastima disen ayudar ala comunidad y solo se aprovechan de la comunidad

Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...
